How many people in the
church you attend have heard about the Society? Do you know
people who are interested in housing and/or services for older
people? Please ask for posters and leaflets for display and
to pass on to others.

Fund Raising
You can help!
The Society does not receive any grants and relies on the
generosity of supporters. We recognise that many people within the
Methodist community and beyond do not know about the Society and we
are keen to rectify this. If you have appreciated the ministry you
have received and recognise the contribution supernumeraries make
to church and community life then please help us.
Become a Friend
We are keen to make friends with individuals who are interested
in the work we do. You will receive regular bulletins with news of
the challenges facing us and the ways in which we are meeting them.
Long-standing friends get to know one another well and we hope this
will be the case. You may have suggestions for improvements that
can be made and ideas on how we can encourage others to support the

Make a Bequest
The housing market is notoriously unsettled. Over the years we
have coped with increasing property prices followed by periods of
decline when it is difficult to raise funds from sales. Throughout
all these times we have been grateful for the properties or monies
left to the Society. These generous gifts have made a significant
difference year on year to the ongoing work.
